Robert I. Rotberg until 2010 was President of the World Peace Foundation and Director of the Program on Intrastate Conflict in Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. His latest books include Mass Atrocity Crimes: Preventing Future Outrages (2010), Corruption, Global Security, and World Order (2009), Worst of the Worst: Dealing with Repressive and Rogue States (2007), and When States Fail: Causes and Consequences (2004). He has recently completed The Vision Thing: Transformational Leadership for the Developing World.
